I am driven by a passion for translating my clients’ vision into beautifully designed spaces that unify their brand, culture and business objectives. Over the years I’ve enjoyed contributing to discussions on design and its powerful ability to affect organizational change.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, my 30-year interior design career spans firms in Chicago, Los Angeles and Reno Tahoe. I joined Gensler’s LA office in 2007, which gave me the opportunity to make an impact both internally and externally via leadership roles as principal, design director and global practice area leader. During my fourteen years with the firm, I led award-winning projects and built enduring client relationships across multiple practice areas. One of my proudest accomplishments was mentoring and growing individuals while co-leading a studio of 60+ architects and designers for over a decade.
I believe firmly in the value that continuing education, accreditation and certification bring to the ongoing advancement of the interior design profession. I am an NCIDQ certificate holder, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a Certified Interior Designer in the State of Nevada. A Past President of IIDA Southern California Chapter, I continue to be a strong advocate and supporter of the organization that has given me so much over the course of my career.
In the fall of 2021, I embarked on a new chapter both personally and professionally, relocating to the big sky country of Northern Nevada. After managing the renovation of our home and Airbnb in the Reno Tahoe area, I was thrilled to join the team at Reno Business Interiors in the fall of 2023, giving me the opportunity to continue my design career on a new path.
On weekends you can find me and my partner (and pilot) Greg enjoying our latest passion, hot air ballooning.
